Your California rights
Under the CCPA and CPRA, eligible California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and may opt out of its sale or sharing. Financial Sense Services does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] and state that your message is a California privacy request. Include enough information to locate the relevant email or subscription record, but do not send sensitive identifiers in your initial message. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an opt-out signal for the browser or device that sends it.
Verification and authorized agents
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and match the request to relevant records. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we may require signed permission and proof of the agent’s authority, and may verify your identity directly. We aim to respond to a verifiable request within 45 days, subject to any extension allowed by law.
Sensitive information and contact
You may request limitation of the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where that right applies. Financial Sense Services does not use subscription data to infer characteristics or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected]. Read the Privacy Policy for collection, retention, security, cookies, and other U.S. privacy information.
